1. Agreement

By booking a session, purchasing a program or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services described here.

2. Sessions and scheduling

Sessions are reserved for you personally. Cancellations made at least twenty four hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge. Sessions cancelled inside that window may be counted as used.

3. Health and safety

Training carries inherent risk. You confirm that you are medically cleared to exercise and agree to disclose injuries, medications and conditions that could affect your safety. Stop immediately and tell your coach if anything hurts.

4. Payments and refunds

Packages and digital products are billed at the time of purchase. Digital programs are non-refundable once accessed. Unused in-person sessions may be refunded on request minus any completed sessions.

5. Intellectual property

Programs, guides, videos and written material provided by the studio are for your personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed or reproduced.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
